We require you to:
Complete the Tenancy Application Form in full. Your application will not be processed unless this is completed in it’s entirety.
Provide two suitable landlord references (these are a must - please ensure you have your references arranged before applying for a property) References must be from past landlords not from people you have been boarding with or from family.
You will be required to pay a bond of four weeks rent
A letting fee is also required to be paid which is equivalent to one week's rent + GST
The first weeks rent is payable in advance
Rent is payable in advance during the course of the Tenancy
